The D-day of our calendar. Prior ripening checks, sampling, waiting patiently for the moment to start a great ritual that begins the vinification of a new vintage, the harvest.

The exact moment to harvest all the grapes from our estates that we have taken care of with so much enthusiasm. The harvest is all done manually in 20 kilo boxes, this way the fruit does not spoil and arrives at the winery in the best conditions to start the vinification.
