wine cellar: Matallonga Winery

Origin Denomination: without D.O.

Type of wine: Calm white, wine flavored with natural elderflower.

Agriculture: Ecological from Les Granades' own farm. Altitude 650 m. Soil: loam and limestone.

Grape variety: Macabeu 100% old vines.
Elaboration: Maceration for a few hours with its skins (18 h), fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 16/17 oC, the base is the same as the Bark.

parenting: macerated for 10 days with elderflower from a Matoll craft brewery, 6 months on its fine lees in stainless steel tanks and a few months of rounding in the bottle before hitting the market.

graduation: 13%

view: Green tones that are reflected on a clean and bright yellow.

nose: Infused notes that remind us of wild plants. We are seduced by its expressive character due to the concentration coming from old vines and complexity thanks to the work of mothers.

mouth: Mineral and infused point, highlights the freshness and rarity, perfect wine for discovering new things, designed for an aperitif.
