Grape variety: Syrah 100% from 30-year-old vines
Elaboration: Native yeasts, fermentation with their skins in stainless steel at a controlled temperature of 20/21o C, pigeage every day. Unfiltered, unclarified and no added sulphites.

view: Black cherry color with a very intense layer.

nose: Predominant red fruit with light spicy touches.

mouth: Complex, with body and hints of candied fruit. Fresh and balanced wine.
